Before You Submit
When will I actually hear back?
Your spot is confirmed the moment you submit — launch updates land in the WhatsApp community first (email if you added one). We contact you again when your route is confirmed for launch, and a final time on launch day (August 1, 2026) with your app invite. See the full launch timeline →
What data do you keep, and can I delete it?
Only what you submit on this form: your name, phone, region, city, and the area you stay in — plus your email and workplace if you choose to add them. We use it solely for waitlist updates. You can request full deletion at any time by emailing hello@quicklyft.app. Read the privacy policy →
Can I switch from rider to driver later?
Yes. Submit whichever role fits you now — you can register the other role once apps go live, or just reply to your confirmation email and we'll switch your record manually. Early-bird perks attach to whichever role is active at launch. More on account roles →
Can I refer friends?
Yes — once the apps are live, you'll get a code to share. When a friend you invite takes their first ride, you both earn a reward. Your code and the full details live in the app.
What is RideCash?
Your QuickLyft wallet. The GH₵30 early-bird credit lands there, refunds go back there, and you can preload it from Mobile Money so paying for rides takes one tap.
Is there any cost to join the waitlist?
No. Joining the waitlist is free, and you keep that status whether you ever take a ride or not. Drivers don't pay anything until they accept their first paid trip after the 30-day commission-free window. See pricing details →
