Yes. Women-Only mode is a filter you can switch on at booking — it shows you only verified female drivers on your route. It is available from day one. Female drivers are still Ghana Card verified like every other driver, just additionally flagged for this filter.
Yes — that is how the seat price stays low. Every co-rider is registered with name and phone number on the platform, and every driver is Ghana Card verified and held to a minimum rating threshold. The car runs on a fixed published route with zero detours, live trip sharing, and an SOS button visible the whole way. You can see the driver and other riders before you confirm.
There is a short grace window at the pickup stop, after which the driver is allowed to depart — this protects driver schedules and the riders already on board. If you no-show, your fare is forfeited. To avoid this, cancel within the allowed cancellation window before departure; the policy timing is shown in the app at booking.
Yes — buy a Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly Pass for your route and your seat is reserved automatically each day. A pass costs less per trip than booking one-by-one — up to 20% less on a Monthly Pass. Manage your pass anytime from the Passes screen in the app.
