Trust Is Earned.
Safety Is Non-Negotiable.
Here is exactly how we earn it on Ghanaian roads — driver and rider verification, roadworthy cars, live trip sharing, one-tap SOS, and ratings on every trip.
No Unverified Driver.
No Anonymous Rider.
Five gates before a driver goes live — Ghana Card, licence, vehicle, phone, police clearance — checked by our team directly with the agencies. Riders verify a Ghana Card too.
Ghana Card ID
NIA Ghana Card biometric verification — no pseudonyms, no borrowed IDs.

Live Route Tracking
Every trip is tracked in real time from pickup to drop-off. If anything ever feels wrong, your in-app SOS button instantly alerts our safety team and your emergency contacts — no menus, just one tap when it matters.
Share Trip With Contacts
Send a live tracking link to family or colleagues with one tap. They see your driver's name, plate number, and exact location without needing the app.
Arrival Confirmation
The app confirms your drop-off matches your booking. Payment only releases when the destination is reached — no half-trips.
Trip History Stored
Every trip — route, driver, timestamps — is logged for 12 months. You can review or export your history at any time.
One Tap. SOS Alert. We Respond.
In any situation where you feel unsafe, the SOS button sends your live location, driver details, and a pre-written emergency message to your chosen contacts immediately, and logs the alert with QuickLyft Safety for triage and follow-up.
Press SOS In App
One tap. No typing needed. Works even in silent mode.
Instant Alerts Sent
Your live location + driver plate number sent to up to 3 emergency contacts by SMS — no app required on their end.
QuickLyft Responds
Our safety team calls you back right away during operating hours (5:00 AM–10:00 PM). The driver's account is flagged immediately while we investigate.
Fare Refunded for Genuine Incidents
If our safety team confirms a genuine safety incident on your trip, we refund your fare in full to RideCash automatically — no request needed.
A Seat for Women,
Driven by Women,
Guaranteed.
QuickLyft's Women-Only mode matches female riders exclusively with verified female drivers on the same route. You choose. We make it happen — not as an afterthought, but as a first-class booking option.
The Things You Ask After Reading.
The questions readers ask after going through the sections above.
Initial review aims to complete within 24 hours on business days, with serious incidents prioritised. If substantiated, the driver is permanently banned, DVLA is notified, and the case is referred to police where applicable. You receive a written update on the outcome within 5 business days. Reports are confidential — your identity is not shared with the driver.
For Women-Only bookings, trip sharing is automatically enabled and sent to your first emergency contact at the start of every trip. You can configure up to three permanent emergency contacts so this happens with one tap, not three.
SOS is not for billing disputes, a late driver, minor route confusion, or service complaints — those go through in-app Report Issue and refund flows. The 2-second press-and-hold is deliberate so SOS is hard to trigger by accident, but easy to use under stress.
You will never be charged or penalised for a genuine SOS — even if it turns out to be a false alarm.
• Driver identity is verified against the National Identification Authority (NIA) Ghana Card register.
• Driving licences are cross-referenced against DVLA records.
• Roadworthy certificates are checked against DVLA inspection records.
• Substantiated safety incidents involving criminal conduct are referred to the Ghana Police Service.
We are not a substitute for state oversight — we are a private platform that pre-screens, monitors, and reports into those existing systems so accountability runs end-to-end, not just inside our app.
It is a first-class booking option, not a special request: the Women-Only indicator shows in the app and on the driver's profile card, so you can see it applied before you ride.
Accountability runs both ways: drivers rate riders after every trip too.
