QuickLyft is Ghana's scheduled commuter platform. Drivers list the route they already drive every day; riders book a confirmed seat in advance at a platform-set fare. No surge pricing, no detours, and the seat is locked before you leave home.
Both. Riders book confirmed seats on scheduled corridors in Accra and Kumasi. Drivers fill the empty seats on the commute they already make and keep 88% of every fare. Each side has its own page — Ride and Drive & Earn — with the full detail.
Public launch is June 1, 2026 in Accra and Kumasi, starting with 12 high-density commuter corridors. Founding-member rider and driver waitlists are open now.
Bolt and Uber are on-demand ride-hailing on a private car. QuickLyft is a scheduled, shared seat on a route a driver was already going to drive. Your seat is confirmed before you leave home, the fare is set by corridor and tier (no surge), drivers cannot detour off the published route, and 88% of every fare goes to the driver.
Every driver is Ghana Card verified and physically inspected at a QuickLyft Hub. Every trip has live GPS, a visible SOS button, and runs on a fixed published route with zero detours. Riders can also enable Women-Optional mode to filter for verified female drivers only.
Before launch, you join the waitlist on this site. From June 1, 2026 onwards, booking, tracking, and payments happen in the QuickLyft iOS and Android apps. There is no separate driver app to buy or subscribe to — drivers and riders use the same QuickLyft app, in different modes.
